Trello.

One simple, easy-to-remember word; one HUGE impact on life as you know it.

In this post, I'll share with you the huge impact that Trello has had on my life and some great tips on how you can implement Trello to organize just about anything in your business and personal life—including a special BONUS video on the subject (for Substack paid subscribers)!

So, just what is this Trello thing exactly?

If you’ve never heard of Trello, you’re in luck because I’m about to reveal to you one of the greatest secrets I’ve found that has helped me to no end in creating and completing my popular guitar instructional courses and which continues to help me in many other areas in life such as:

  • Making grocery lists

  • Working with virtual assistants

  • Running the many aspects of my business (YouTube, Music, Writing, etc.)

  • Keeping track of all my many ideas

  • Working towards the completion of huge, multi-layered projects such as instructional courses and other products

  • And so much more!

Best of all, it’s completely FREE!

Try out Trello

I haven’t even scratched the surface of this amazing tool. But enough about what else I’ve done with Trello. Let’s focus on one of my larger projects as an example of just how powerful this amazing tool is. What follows is the story of how I used Trello to begin—and complete—my first Bluegrass guitar course, Bluegrass Guitar Essentials (BGE for short), and how it can help you do the same with your goals.

My BGE Board

The Bluegrass Guitar Essentials course Trello board. Visit the BONUS Resources at the end of this post to go behind the scenes and view the actual board.

What you’re seeing above is the official Trello board I used for managing, organizing, building, and completing my BGE course. I honestly believe I couldn’t have done it without the aid of Trello. (My first full-length project on the platform was actually for my very first ebook I created specifically for my Secrets of Texas Blues Guitar course, but that’s another story entirely!)
