Freefalling Without A Parachute
My most personal entry to date
What do you do when you’ve done everything and nothing works? You don’t want to give up because that’s not like you, but you don’t know which path to take from here, either.
I’ve been there, as evidenced in this very personal gleaned journal entry, written after a bitter separation and, ultimately, divorce.

Stuck in a Rut
You’re stuck in a rut with no obvious way out. People tell you what they think you should do, but it just doesn’t seem to make sense. It’s just so confusing that I can’t even write it down the way I feel.
I fear failure, but I feel like one.
I fear distrust, but no one trusts me.
I fear loss, but it seems like I’m losing my grip on everything I love.
I just don’t get it. Why did everything used to work but it doesn’t now? Why is it all so complex, so impossible? Is there an easier way? The Bible’s wisdom, yes, but you can’t make everyone see it the way you do.
What options are left when nothing works?
